Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do I need to assemble my bike when it arrives?
Aipas electric bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in about 20-30 minutes.
What is the range of a single battery charge?
Depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level, you can expect a range between 30 to 60 miles per charge. Our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are designed for long-distance performance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Do Aipas electric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Aipas e-bike is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Are Aipas bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes have an IPX4 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
