At Aipas Electric Bikes, we want you to feel confident in your ride; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to restocking fees and shipping costs.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid additional fees.

Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the bike for damages and usage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
